Position: Postdoctoral Researcher

Qualifications:

Dr Guangming Yan received a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest-Athlone in 2017. He also received an honorary degree in Mechanical Engineering from the East China University of Technology. He received his PhD degree in Polymer Science from Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest-Athlone in 2022 under the supervision of Dr Noel Gately. The title of his research is enhancing drug solubility through advanced polymer extruded shellac-based matrix drug delivery systems. His work includes materials science, pharmaceutics, elements of computer-aided design and twin-screw extrusion simulation.
